Sepideh is a registered psychologist providing evidence-based support to children, adolescents, and adults within a primary care setting. She works with a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, grief and loss, and adjustment concerns.
She takes a collaborative and client-centred approach, tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs and goals. Her work integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside elements of DBT, schema-informed, and trauma-informed care. She also incorporates mindfulness and behavioural strategies to support practical and meaningful change.
Sepideh works from a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based perspective, with particular interest in ADHD, autism, and learning differences. She supports children, adolescents, adults, and families with emotional, behavioural, and functional challenges.
In addition to therapy, Sepideh provides psychological assessments, including cognitive, educational, and ADHD assessments. She focuses on delivering clear, practical feedback and recommendations that can be applied in everyday settings.
She values working collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare providers to support coordinated and holistic care. Sepideh offers services in English and Persian (Farsi), with working knowledge of Kurdish and Dari.
